Biography: 

Andreas Ioannides was born on October 25, 1975 in Larnaca. His mother Georgia is from Engomi and his father Christakis is from Neapoli. He grew up in the village of Meneou, Larnaca District and attended the schools of the province. He is married to Georgia Eleftheriou and has three children, Christos, Eleftheria and Stavriana.

Andreas was a very active person, fond of sports. From an early age he was playing football in various groups A and B class and daily exercised inside and outside stadiums. He worked in his father company until he took over with his brothers.

A human error unfortunately deprived of the possibility of working. This was the reason to operate even more strongly in the painting. The expression of emotions and thoughts through colors has always been part of his life. He engaged in painting for many years and participated in group exhibitions. His first solo exhibition, "The imagination of colors" was held with great success in the "Museum of Theasis".

THALASSA Municipal Museum displays a collection of 32 works of oil paint entitled: "When the moments are expressed in colors."
