For 2019 the event will be hosted by Minthis GC and will be played between September 29 - 30 (Registration on September 28, and Practice day on September 26, 27 or 28).

The Championship will be decided by Stroke Play in a 2-day event over 36 holes, and the player with the lowest gross score over 36 holes will be the Cyprus Senior Amateur Ladies Open Champion.
Entries will be accepted from lady players who on the first day of the Open are 50 years or older (born on or before 21 September 1969) and conform in all respects to the current Amateur Status Rules of the R&A and hold a current handicap as per the event's hcp criteria and under the handicap system adopted by the recognised authority controlling golf in their country.
