"The Shadows, German Expressionism in Cinema and its Legacy"


The Evagoras and Kathryn Lanitis Foundation in cooperation with the Goethe Institute of Cyprus are organizing the exhibition, "The Shadows, German Expressionism in Cinema and its Legacy"

The exhibition, includes cinematographic films, lectures, important exhibits and audiovisual material from this crucial era of cinema and will be inaugurated on Monday, November 6 at 19:30 at the Kastelliotissa Hall in the old Lefkosia. The exhibition will open on the 7th November and will remain open until the 19th of November , with free admission to the public. The main sponsor of the exhibition is the Ministry of Education and Culture, which is being carried out in cooperation with Deutsche Kinemathek and the Murnau Foundation of Germany.
